3.4 Delivery Liability:
Al Qamar Supplies is not liable for parcel loss or damage during transit unless shipment insurance is purchased. In such cases, compensation is determined by the courier’s terms.
4. Order Cancellation
4.1 Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled only while in the processing stage. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to sales@alqamarsupplies.com.
- Once packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted, but a return may be initiated.
- Return fees, including administration and shipping, are the buyer’s responsibility. Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in original condition within 14 calendar days.
5. Returns and Refunds

- Returns must include the receipt/invoice and be in original packaging with all included materials.
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of authorization.

6.1 Condition:
All products are brand new and 100% genuine.
6.2 Packaging:
Products may feature global packaging, which could differ from local versions. Differences may include language, manuals, or plug standards. Functionalities remain unaffected, and travel adapters will be provided if necessary.
6.3 Bulk Packaging:
Some camera lenses may be sold in “white box” packaging, which indicates they were sourced from kit sets. These are brand new and functionally identical to standard packaged items.
6.4 Network Compatibility:
Devices with LTE/3G bands will have their frequency details listed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their network carrier. Network-related issues are not covered under the 14-Day Return Policy.
6.5 Quality Inspection:
Random quality checks are performed to ensure items meet standards, which may result in some products being unsealed.
7. Customs and Import Duty
The checkout price includes all applicable fees. By purchasing, you authorize Al Qamar Supplies to arrange customs clearance on your behalf.
