Al Qamar Supplies offers a 14-Day Return Policy for all customers. You may request a return for most items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be sent to our US warehouse.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Requests: We only accept cancellations if the order is still in the processing stage. Once packed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated but may be eligible under the 14-Day Return Policy.
- How to Cancel: Submit a cancellation request via our ticket system. Cancellation requests through other channels, such as email, will not be processed.
14-Day Return Policy
If you decide to return an item under this policy:
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the return parcel is not lost or disputed during transit.
- For items that are defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to manufacturing issues, Al Qamar Supplies will arrange courier pick-up at no cost to you.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must have been purchased from Al Qamar Supplies.
- Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- Return authorization from Al Qamar Supplies must be obtained.
- Include a copy of your receipt/invoice with the return.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories, materials, price tags, and free gifts.
- The item must arrive at our warehouse within 14 calendar days of return authorization.
Shipping the Return:
Return items to our US warehouse using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include the Return Form with your parcel.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned parcel, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method. A notification email will be sent once the refund is issued.
Conditions for Full Refunds or Replacements:
- The item must be purchased from Al Qamar Supplies.
- Return authorization must be obtained.
- The item must be returned with the receipt/invoice and within 14 calendar days of authorization.
- The return must be due to a fault or issue caused by Al Qamar Supplies.
Important Notes on Returns & Refunds
- Items and packaging must be handled with care to ensure they remain in original, undamaged condition.
- Returns may be refused if items are mishandled or damaged.
- For refused returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the item needs to be shipped back.
- Al Qamar Supplies is not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit. Customers are advised to use insured postage at their own expense.
- Missing items or accessories will be resent after a thorough investigation with the courier.
